Energy Dome seeks a Quality Control Engineer with solid understanding of industrial/power/chemical plant QC principles to support the energy transition. Reports to the QC Manager.Role & responsibilities: Create/review/approve ITPs; review/approve vendor procedures (welding book, NDE, PWHT, Hardness Test, etc.); review/approve ITRs and MRBs; issue IRNs; coordinate external inspectors globally; manage NCRs; perform inspections during manufacturing/final stages (VDI, NDE, hydro tests); provide QC support to stakeholders; ensure QC targets; act proactively on potential issues; promote company QHSE culture and safe environment.Required qualifications: Master’s a plus; experience in welding/fabrication/NDE; knowledge of major codes (ASME/EN pressure vessels/piping; structural codes; PED, Machinery Directive, EN1090+ISO3834, AWS D1.1); CSWIP 3.1 and NDE L2 (desirable); EWE/EWT (desirable); NACE/FROSIO (desirable); Italian + professional English; willingness to travel in Italy/abroad; strong interest in cleantech.Location: On-site in Milan.Remuneration: €45,000–€50,000 + benefits; strong growth opportunities in a fast-growing company.
