Energy Dome is a company with revolutionary technology for large scale and long duration energy storage. The simplicity of the process as well as the use of readily available off-the-shelf equipments opens the way for Energy Dome to quickly become an important player in the energy storage market. Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its engineering team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of civil and structural works supporting innovative energy storage technologies, within a highly dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities • Structural modeling and analysis using advanced software such as MIDAS / STAAD and/or Tekla Structures. • Development of structural calculation models and design verification in accordance with international codes and standards. • Active involvement in R&D activities, including evaluation of innovative structural solutions and design optimization. • Review/verification of structural calculations produced by contractors/suppliers. • Collaboration with internal teams and coordination with external consultants. • Technical support during detailed engineering and construction. • Support during BID stage for preliminary quantities evaluation. Requirements • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural preferred); • 2-5 years’ experience in structural engineering (industrial/energy/infrastructure); • Strong knowledge of FEM models; • Experience reviewing/validating third-party calculations; • Knowledge of structural design standards (Eurocodes, American); • Fluent English; • Strong problem-solving and teamwork. Nice to Have • Experience in energy/industrial plants/oil & gas; • Familiarity with nonlinear/dynamic analyses; • Previous civil/structural design involvement; • Availability for occasional site visits.
