About the Role: Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and we are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor to join the Project Management & Construction Department.The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a construction site, from mobilization to demobilization. He/She will ensure that site activities are carried out safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with quality and HSE standards. During the execution and installation phases, the Construction Site Supervisor will oversee areas, subcontractors, and activities. During the commissioning phase, the Construction Site Supervisor will maintain responsibility over site areas, while the Commissioning Manager assumes operational responsibility for commissioning activities. They will lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate closely with the Project Manager and the Commissioning Manager.Tasks and Duties (excerpt) Responsible for site setup and mobilization through to demobilization at project close-out. Ensure implementation of all HSE procedures; apply and supervise quality standards based on the Project Quality Plan. Organize and coordinate daily activities; maintain and update the project schedule; supervise works and contractors during execution and installation phases. Ensure proper management of handovers between contractors and project phases (civil mechanical; mechanical completion commissioning; electrical commissioning; final handover to operations/service). Approve/manage Non-Conformities; manage punch list closure; ensure documentation compliance; lead site team; report to Project Manager.Other Information: Location: On site (national/international, globally), with occasional presence at HQ in Milan.
