About the Role: We are looking for a Mechanical Design Specialist to join our Manufacturing team in Piacenza. This position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional with 12 years of experience who is passionate about engineering, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership in a rapidly evolving organization.Responsibilities Support the technical development of manufacturing projects and customer orders. Collaborate with external engineering partners to develop and review technical documentation and drawings. Interface with internal teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and technical specifications. Support definition/optimization of manufacturing solutions and product configurations; contribute to industrialization and continuous improvement; collaborate with R&D; prepare/manage technical documentation, BOMs and engineering deliverables; develop/modify drawings and 3D models when required.Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Energy/Industrial Engineering or related; recent graduate or up to 2 years experience.Pay range: Permanent, full-time. Indicative base salary: 30,000 40,000 gross/year.
