Job Summary:
Energy Web is looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a highly-complex regulated industry, where our unique expertise helps enterprises unlock deep business value with open source software
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure a deep understanding of our technology offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to clients
- Sell products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Identify new opportunities, achieving market growth and hitting sales targets
- Opportunity to understand energy sector pain points and turn them into opportunities via digital transformation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years work experience in customer-facing roles
- Significant experience in selling SAAS and platform type business solutions to Enterprises
- Advanced degree(s) and a track record of successful Sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in projects related to the energy sector and / or blockchain is a plus
- Expertise in using sales tracking or CRM (e.g. Hubspot) software
Skills & Competencies
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to interact with large enterprise users at a highly professional level
- Previous Sales and Account management experience
- Developing new services, clients and/or geographies
- Strong business sense, experience in “solution selling” and closing skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Team Player and strong communication skills
- Understanding, active listening and problem solving
Location, travel, and timeline: Energy Web is a globally-distributed organization. For this role, Energy Web will consider qualified applicants who work from Europe or other locations that have a substantial time zone overlap with normal business hours in European time zones.
Reporting: This position will work with the commercial team and report to the Commercial Director for enterprises.
Compensation: Energy Web offers competitive compensation depending on location and experience.
