eSmart Systems is expanding its Asset Information Management activities in our Dutch organization, registered in the Netherlands. We are looking for new colleagues to facilitate our growing business in the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean.

Working with Us

Join our analytical, systematic team that thrives on handling extensive data. We rely on advanced IT tools and processes as well as a good understanding of electrical installations. As an AIM Engineer, you’ll be part of the international AIM team but hired in our Dutch affiliate. You will be instrumental in taking care of and being our Ambassador to our Dutch customers.

About the position

What you will do

• Work internationally with a focus on the Dutch market

• Plan and perform fieldwork at customer sites across the Netherlands using professional cameras and our GridVision software

• Process photos into high-quality asset data using our specialized IT systems

• Coordinate with Dutch customers and our Norwegian AIM team

• Supervise fieldwork activities in Dutch projects (Safety, Quality)

• Contribute to international projects

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain required certifications for working in technical/electrical environments

• Work mostly in the Netherlands but also travel occasionally across Europe and other relevant regions like the Dutch Caribbean

• Participate in photo documentation of electrical infrastructures (High Voltage - Low Voltage)

• Process photo documentation using GridVision software

• Coordinate and support fieldwork inspectors in larger Dutch projects

• Assist with planning and estimating new projects

Qualifications

• An education at MBO or equivalent proven work-level, preferably in a technical direction with (power) electricity competence and experience

• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably with Netbeheerders

• A structured, organized, and meticulous mind, thriving in working with technical data

• Experience in and interest in new technology, photography, software, and/or AI

• Preferably has BEI certification LS/HS VOP or higher
