Description
The Position
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer II (Frontend) with strong expertise in
React and Angular to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to building
scalable, high-performance web applications that support both internal users and external
partners.
As a Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing modular, reusable UI components
and implementing responsive, intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with senior
engineers, product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user
experiences aligned with product goals.
You will contribute to frontend best practices, write clean and maintainable code, and actively
participate in code reviews and technical discussions. This role requires solid hands-on
development skills, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within a
collaborative environment.
You will own your assigned deliverables end-to-end and contribute meaningfully to team success
in a fast-paced, impact-driven setting.

Responsibilities & Skills
You should:

Design and develop responsive, reusable, and maintainable frontend components.
Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality code.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
Follow established frontend architecture and engineering best practices.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code with strong attention to detail.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to CI/CD processes and support smooth feature releases.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality standards.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an agile mindset.
Required Skills (Frontend – React & Angular):
4–6 years of professional software development experience, with strong frontend focus.
3+ years of hands-on experience in React (16+ preferred).
1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Angular (preferably Angular 8+).
Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience building reusable components and working with component-based
Understanding of state management patterns (Redux, NgRx, Context API, etc.).
Experience with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, etc.).
Experience writing unit and functional tests (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, etc.).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (PR reviews, branching strategies).
Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously as a multiplier.●
The following experiences are not required, but you'll stand out from other applicants if you have
any of the following, in our order of importance:
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker).
Experience contributing to a shared design system or UI component library.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Exposure to micro-frontend architecture.
Basic understanding of security best practices in frontend development.
Experience working in cross-functional or distributed global teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
