⚡ FLO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support and assist in the continued growth of our regional sales in western Canada. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to effectively develop and manage a concrete sales pipeline. Business Development:
- Identify and attract new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline, exceeding regional targets.
Opportunity Management:
- Qualify leads, convert prospects into opportunities, and manage their distribution within the team.
- Track sales opportunities, create quotes, and perform forecasting and reporting via Salesforce CRM.
Client Engagement and Follow-Up:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries, follow up with clients, and propose additional solutions (upsell, cross-sell).
- Conduct regular meetings with account managers to optimize sales opportunities.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work with marketing teams to improve lead generation and opportunity processes.
- Develop strategies based on financing programs to help distributors secure new opportunities.
Relationship Development:
- Strengthen relationships with distributors and new clients in key sectors (electrical, automotive, residential).
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, sales, or marketing – ideally, you’re passionate about business and growth strategies.
- Solid experience in selling technology solutions, with a knack for converting prospects into loyal clients.
- Exceptional ability to build authentic and influential relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Apollo IO and LinkedIn Navigator to boost business opportunities – a great asset for energizing campaigns.
- Expertise in creating and managing sales channels for distributors, contractors, and resellers, ensuring optimal market coverage.
- Cold calling is your playground – we’re ready to hand you the mic! You excel at qualifying leads and turning opportunities into concrete sales.
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written), able to communicate seamlessly in both languages to serve clients across Canada and the United States. Your manager is American, by the way.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (Salesforce appreciated), with a technical and practical approach to sales tools.
- To succeed in this role, you need excellent interpersonal skills, impeccable time management, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented. With your sense of humor and team spirit, you are determined to achieve goals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
