Service Technician – Ensure FLO charging stations perform on the road!
Do you enjoy being out in the field, solving technical problems, and delivering exceptional customer service? Are you motivated by sustainable mobility and eager to contribute to the reliability of North America’s largest EV charging network? This role is for you!

At FLO, we don’t just build charging stations, we’re revolutionizing electric mobility. By joining our deployment and support team, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring our stations run smoothly and our customers are satisfied.

🧭 Your Role
A dynamic and stimulating day-to-day:

  • Diagnose and repair electric vehicle charging equipment in the field (primarily in Québec).
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure station performance.
  • Collaborate on creating intervention procedures for various types of issues.
  • Complete service reports and work orders with accuracy.
  • Manage the inventory of parts in your FLO vehicle.
  • Represent FLO at client sites as an ambassador of our mission.

🌍 Geographic area

  • We are looking for candidates based in the Vancouver, BC region.
  • Our warehouse is located in Port Coquitlam, BC. You’ll need to be close enough to pick up parts when required.
  • Work is primarily on the road.
  • A company vehicle will be provided, equipped with tools and parts for your service calls.

🚀 What We’re Looking For
🎓 Education & Experience

  • DEP in Electromechanics or equivalent diploma.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in repairing electrotechnical equipment in operation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (English).
  • Valid driver’s license (Class 5) and availability to travel (50–75%).
  • Authorization to travel to the United States.

  • Bilingual French/English (spoken).
