Fuse is looking for an Operations Intern to join the team in the exciting world of renewable energy at our London office in Canary Wharf.

This 6 month paid internship offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast moving environment. You'll gain an insight into the operations of a high-performance startup, exposure to some of the key operators who were behind Revolut, and gain a real working knowledge of how Fuse systems work for customers.

Your role with us will involve acting as a bridge between our customers and operations team, making sure that our services run smoothly and our customers are always happy. We're looking for London-based candidates available immediately.

Responsibilities

• Responding and escalating customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
• Updating and managing customer accounts.
• Acting as a middle point of contact between our customers and our operations, engineering, product teams.
• Work with the team on improving customer satisfaction.
• Performing data entry and analysis for tracking purposes.
