We are looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to join our London-based operation at Fuse. You will be part of a lean, high intensity team, and get direct exposure to high performers coming from Revolut, Tesla, Citadel, & Jump Trading.

Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewables to power the world. We've raised $78m from top tier investors like Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, and Ribbit. Our founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut and was an investor at Mosaic Ventures.

Responsibilities

As support operations lead, you will head up our team of approx. 15 operatives and ultimately be responsible for the maintenance of Fuse's exceptional KPIs for customer interactions around CSAT, first message response time, and ratings on app stores and Trustpilot. The support desk runs 8am-10pm, 365 days a year. As Fuse's key value prop is customer centricity, this is definitely one of the more demanding roles in the organisation in ensuring a smooth ongoing operation, but it one that visibly delivers value for the company.

Fuse was recently named in Wired's hottest London startups,and has ambitions to 10X our customer base in the next 8-12 months. You will play the key role in scaling the support operation alongside that while maintaining quality. You are a great fit if you can demonstrate having done this at a previous company effectively.
