As we continue to grow, we are looking to build a team of market makers who can help elevate our brand presence and engage with communities on key social media platforms, particularly X (formerly Twitter).

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who has a deep understanding of social media (particularly X) as a platform, with a proven ability to grow and engage large online communities. You will be responsible for driving Fuse Energy’s social media strategy, creating high-impact content, and engaging with our audience in the technology, crypto, and energy sectors. This position is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker with a strong ability to craft attention-grabbing content without resorting to gimmicks or scams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and implement content strategies specifically tailored to X to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth within the tech, crypto, and energy sectors.
  • Produce engaging content that resonates with our audience while maintaining professionalism.
  • Actively engage with followers and influencers, participate in relevant conversations, and build relationships within the community. Ensure we’re seen as thought leaders in the technology, crypto, and energy spaces.
  • Drive account growth by identifying and capitalising on trends, creating viral content, and finding innovative ways to boost engagement, reach, and follower count.
  • Track performance metrics and optimise strategies based on data, identifying key KPIs and adjusting tactics to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work with other teams and our CEO to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and overall business objectives.
