Job Description

Within the Sales team, as a Growth Outbound member, your mission will be to assist us in further structuring and developing the business at Greenly in France, UK, and US.

Growth Outbound:

Lead Generation:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of outbound growth strategies.

  • Feed the outbound sales pipeline.

  • Use scraping and enrichment tools to build a database of qualified B2B prospects.

  • Create multi-channel prospecting campaigns.

Sales Operations:

Sales Performance:

  • Optimize sales processes and manage CRM (Hubspot).

  • Coordinate between teams (Account Executives - AEs, Sales Development Representatives - SDRs).

  • Document and communicate new processes.


  • Monitor sales activities through dashboards.

  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for insights.
