Greenly, the leading carbon management platform, seeks a talented Legal Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales teams, assist with fundraising activities, and monitor carbon footprint regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting sales teams by engaging in legal discussions and reviewing contracts legal contracts to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and policies.

• Developing succinct one-pagers on various regulations for the Sales team. This task will be done frequently, so you'll need to stay updated with the latest legal developments in our industry.

• Conducting in-depth research on Climate, Carbon, and Reporting ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) regulations. And participate in the design of products and features for our customers to comply with regulations.

• Participate in fundraising efforts by assisting with NDA agreements and due diligence processes.

  The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these areas and be able to synthesise complex information into explicit, concise materials for the sales team.
