What You Will Do:

1. Oversee the monthly book closings process, ensuring accuracy and completeness on both customer and supplier sides 📅

2. Direct and strategize special accounting projects, ensuring they align with company objectives 🚀

3. Supervise the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers 📩

4. Review and validate payment matches with bank statements, ensuring discrepancies are addressed promptly 🔍

5. Design and maintain client payment schedules, ensuring optimal cash flow and financial forecasting 💼

6. Oversee the management of supplier invoices, ensuring payments are timely and reconciliations with bank records are consistent 🧾

7. Conduct regular audits to identify and address any missing supplier bills 🕵️

8. Liaise with leaders from other departments to align financial strategies and ensure inter-departmental coherence 🤝
