Job Description

Your Role 🌱

As Head of SDR (Sales Development Representatives), your role is to manage and lead all of our SDR teams (FR/ UK/ US) and to enable each team member to meet or exceed their sales opportunity creation target. 🚀 You will report to the Head of Sales.

The team works with SMEs and key accounts in all business sectors in France and internationally.

Your objectives 🎯

  • Turn the SDRs into a team of top inbound and outbound performers

  • Generate as many sales opportunities as possible by meeting your pipe targets

  • Lead and develop a high-performance, attractive team. This will involve recruiting high-potential profiles, implementing the best practices in the market and creating a stimulating and unifying team spirit.

Your responsibilities 🤝

Management and Leadership:

  • Taking over the management of the current SDR teams (25 people)

  • Recruiting, training and integrating new members into the SDR team

  • Setting up challenges to motivate the team and boost performance

Optimising performance: 📊

  • Monitor the performance of the SDR team through regular reporting and in-depth analysis

  • Organise individual and group coaching to enhance the skills of the SDRs

  • Identify and implement automation processes to maximise the productivity of the SDR team. Ensure the correct use of tools (CRM and Sales Automation)

Strategy: ✨

  • Co-define the team's quantified objectives with the Business Performance team

  • Ensure understanding of offers and KPIs

  • Propose sales strategies to tackle new market segments or to take a new approach to existing segments. Co-create acquisition campaigns with the Marketing team

  • Providing feedback to the Marketing team to improve acquisition campaigns

To do this, you will work closely with : 🤝

  • The Head of Sales, to guarantee the generation of high-quality opportunities, aligning with both inbound and outbound sales objectives

  • The Head of Growth to manage inbound lead generation

  • The Sales Ops team to optimise the processes and tools at your disposal
