Job Description
As our Sales Lead for the UK, your mission will be to guide your team of UK AEs to the next level of maturity in terms of sales performance and strategy. You will take the leadership of the UK market (currently composed of 24 members), and help in our market expansion.
Reporting directly to our CEO, your main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows :
Sales Strategy
Elaborate the Sales Roadmap
Analyze (new) markets to identify growth opportunities
Get involved in strategic deals when necessary
Coordinate with Marketing to reach our targets
Take the ownership on pipeline generation
Report and analyze sales performance
Develop scalable processes
Talent Management
Participate in the recruitment of future Sales Talents.
Train, coach and help the team grow.
Identify and communicate team goals and evaluate progresses.
