We have built a membrane factory that is unique in the world, where we manufacture our units that provide solutions for the hydrogen transport problem.

For our development we rely on the local industrial ecosystem and top-level international investors.

We have developed a technology of membrane reactors for the separation and production of hydrogen in situ from different feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, syngas from waste…

The Opportunity:

Be responsible of the R&D within H2SITE, identifying improvements in the reactor design and investigate solutions to maximize the efficiency of the technology.

  • Be a key player in the execution of the testing program within H2SITE comprising membrane reactors.
  • Be critical thinking with the data generated and propose further technological developments.
  • Be part of the team in charge of IP management within the company.
  • Provide insights for reactor optimization and play a key role in decision-making with updated configurations.
  • Provide support to the engineering team during reactor design.
  • Collaborate closely with other project disciplines (Membrane R&D, process engineering or mechanical engineering) to ensure all required inputs are correctly reflected in the new reactor designs.
  • Keep focus on the state of the art of the technology in bibliography.
  • Provide support to operations team for data analysis interpretation, as well as for data mining and system optimization.
  • Support QHSE policies and programs development.
  • Report unsafe conditions and adverse environmental events.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • MSc on Chemical, Industrial, Energy, Mechanical engineering, or similar
  • PhD in any of the above disciplines is a nice to have
  • MSc on software or automation engineering
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in similar positions
