We have built a unique membrane factory in the world, where we manufacture our units that provide a solution to the problem of hydrogen transport.

We have developed a membrane reactor technology for on-site hydrogen separation and production from different feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, synthesis gas from waste....

The Opportunity

As mechanical engineer, you are the responsible of the mechanical design of H2SITE products ensuring their safety and robustness, guaranteeing at the same time high process performances.

Main Tasks

  • Design containerized solutions.
  • Design pressure equipment, such as reactors, tanks or heat exchangers based on ASME or EN codes and follow up their certification.
  • Define the skid structure design and load analysis.
  • Track equipment assembly and mechanical commissioning.
  • Ensure the routing of process lines in modular skids, which allow equipment maintenance.
  • Generate, review and update technical documentation, such as constructive drawings.
  • Support H2SITE equipment certification.
  • Provide support to the R&D department in order to optimize the design of H2SITE reactors.
  • Support QHSE policies and programs development.
  • Report unsafe conditions and adverse environmental events.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • MSc on Industrial, Mechanical, Energy engineering or similar is preferred
  • Knowledge in Project management, Safety in the Chemical industry
  • +2 years of experience as mechanical engineer
  • Competencies: accountability, building partnerships, building trust, communication skills, embraces change, interpersonal skills, managing conflict, strategic thinking, teamwork and collaboration
