MISSION
A training technician is a professional in charge of designing and carrying out training programmes for the staff of a company or institution. His/her main function is to identify the training needs of employees and design appropriate training plans for each of them.
In addition, the training technician must ensure that the training programme is in line with the organisation's objectives and that employees acquire the necessary skills to improve their job performance.
FUNCTIONS /
RESPONSIBILITIES (List)
- Identify the training needs of employees.
- Design appropriate training plans for each employee.
- Collaborate with HR on development evaluation plans.
- Develop and update training material.
- Deliver face-to-face or virtual training courses.
- Evaluate training results and impact on job performance.
- Seek national and international training partnerships.
- Collaborate with HR in the search for national or international centres to promote or recruit talent.
- Presentation and reporting: knowledge of new technologies and their application in education.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Psycho-pedagogy, Social Education.
Knowledge of new technologies and their application in education.
Use of digital tools and e-learning platforms.
To know didactic methodologies and teaching techniques.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions preferably in Industry.
