We have developed a technology of membrane reactors for the separation and production of hydrogen in situ from different feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, syngas from waste…

The Opportunity:

Under the direction of the Technical Director, as a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll get to:

  • Design containerized solutions.
  • Design pressure equipment, such as reactors, tanks, heat exchangers, etc.
  • Define the skid structure design and load analysis.
  • Track equipment assembly and mechanical commissioning.
  • Ensure the routing of process lines in modular skids, which allow equipment maintenance.
  • Generate, review and update technical documentation.
  • Support H2SITE equipment certification.
  • Provide support to the R&D department in order to optimize the design of H2SITE reactors.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Engineering Degree (Industrial or Mechanical).
  • Experience in designing pressure equipment (using ASPEN, AUTO PIPE (BENTY) and/or PV LITE).
  • An in-depth understanding of structures in modular skids designing. Using Staad Pro (BENTY) and/or CYPE.
  • Previous experience with routing of process lines, considering the operation and maintenance. Ideally on modular skids.
  • You’re a doer, comfortable working in a constantly changing start-up environment.
  • Team player.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of ASME, EN-13445, AD2000 regulations.
  • Expertise in thermal stresses in the piping calculation.
  • Experience in Materials selection.
