ABOUT H2SITE:
H2SITE develops, designs, and manufactures integrated membrane reactor units to produce fuel cell purity hydrogen by separation/purification of gas mixtures or through the transformation of hydrogen carriers with well-established supply chains.
MISION & FUNCTIONS:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding market presence for our hydrogen separation solutions within the industrial sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and creating tailored sales strategies to meet the needs of different industries.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to sell hydrogen separation units to industrial clients.
- Identify and target potential customers in industries such as energy, chemicals, refining, and manufacturing through a methodical approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
- Present product solutions, including technical aspects, cost benefits, and long-term sustainability advantages to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its unique value proposition.
- Participate in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closing to achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote H2SITE hydrogen separation technology.
- Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform product development and strategy.
- Regularly travel across Europe to meet with clients and partners, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Bilbao, Spain.
EDUCATION:
A technical background, ideally with a degree in engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in English. Spanish or another European language is a plus
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years selling equipment within the industrial sector.
Proven experience in business development or sales in the industrial sector, ideally related to hydrogen, energy, or chemical industries.
Strong understanding of hydrogen separation technology or similar industrial equipment is a plus..
