Are you a talented Junior IT Support Engineer looking to bring your expertise to the climate fight and be a part of a world class team at Heirloom? We are looking for an IT professional to be a foundational member of our growing IT team.

The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional service to our internal stakeholders, including our leadership team. Managing the Service desk is critical to this role as you will be the face of our service desk and escalate tickets as needed; this role requires clear communication and an aptitude for technology. With this role, you will also get on-the-job training in System Administration, Network Techniques, and practice Cybersecurity standards. We are excited to open this role to build our internal IT team and are looking for candidates eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
What you will bring
No matter what industry you have worked in, you have experience in several IT systems such as slack, google workspace, and Altlassian. Being highly collaborative is key to this role as you will work with teams across the company to solve problems related to network security and system administration. Your superpower is patience and overall, you are eager to learn and grow in a fast paced startup environment. Bonus points if you have cybersecurity experience!
