The Role

We’re seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to serve as the central hub for people operations. This role is coordination-first, with HR operations support as a secondary focus. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.

What You’ll Do

Primary Focus: Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate HR activities, schedules, and internal communications

• Manage onboarding logistics and ensure smooth employee touchpoints

• Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries

• Partner closely with Recruiting to ensure seamless onboarding handoffs

Secondary Focus: HR Operations Support

• Support employee lifecycle administration and documentation

• Maintain data accuracy within HRIS systems

• Assist with compliance activities (I-9s, background checks)

• Support payroll and benefits coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar coordination-heavy role

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Clear, professional communication skills

• Experience with Greenhouse and/or HRIS systems is a plus

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
