The annual salary for the Contract Management Lead position is expected to be between $70,000 and $105,000+, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Legal and Commercial teams to support contract negotiations and finalization.
- Review executed contracts to identify and extract key obligations, deadlines, deliverables, and payment milestones.
- Manage calendars and tracking systems to ensure timely execution of all contractual actions and obligations.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and related correspondence for audit and reference purposes.
- Prepare and maintain reports on contract performance, key milestones, and project status to support schedule monitoring and decision-making.
- Assist in managing amendments, claims, and change orders throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to support effective contract execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) are advantageous.
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in contract or commercial management within EPC/EPCM, project finance, or long-term supply/offtake environments.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in contract management software platforms and document tracking systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project/task management tools.
- Proven ability to interpret complex legal and commercial documentation.
- Solid understanding of contract law, risk allocation, and legal terminology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing contract obligations and formal notices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information clearly.
- Analytical and proactive problem solver who anticipates issues and implements timely solutions.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
