Infravision is redefining how transmission infrastructure is delivered — and we’re growing fast. We're looking for a Project & Procurement Coordinator who’s ready to step into a key support role, driving the behind-the-scenes work that keeps high-stakes projects on track.
In this dual-role, you'll be the glue between procurement, project delivery, and logistics — making sure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance teams, helping us deliver innovative drone-enabled transmission solutions across North America.

What you’ll do
Procurement & Logistics
- Coordinate with our Head of Procurement to manage the full procure-to-pay process: sourcing, ordering, vendor communication, and delivery tracking.
- Handle ordering and logistics for technical equipment across multiple projects and locations.
- Support team travel and deployment logistics — balancing efficiency with cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records and coordinate closely with finance on invoices and cost tracking.
- Help build strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with Project Managers to support scheduling, planning, and documentation.
- Keep project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines on track and well-communicated.
- Organize and track critical project documentation — from contracts and budgets to timelines and reports.
- Act as a central coordination point across teams, helping streamline communication and execution.
Who You Are
- Highly organized and proactive, with a knack for keeping projects and people on track.
- A strong communicator who can navigate cross-functional teams and external suppliers with ease.
- Experienced in both procurement and project admin, ideally in technical or field-based environments.
- Skilled in juggling multiple priorities without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- A team player who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in procurement, project coordination, or logistics roles
- Strong understanding of the procurement process, supplier management, and logistics
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, or technical field operations (transmission experience a plus)
- Familiarity with project management tools and procurement platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
