Site Execution & Planning

• Prepare and review stringing plans, sag charts, and tension calculations.
• Conduct route surveys and assess terrain challenges for optimized stringing methodology.
• Supervise stringing operations including pilot wire installation, tensioning, sagging, and clipping.

• Coordination & Compliance
  • Liaise with erection teams, safety officers, and subcontractors to ensure synchronized execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety norms, and statutory guidelines.
  • Coordinate with PMO and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
• Technical Oversight
  • Monitor use of stringing equipment (winches, tensioners, dynamometers, etc.) and ensure calibration.
  • Resolve technical issues related to conductor handling, tower clearances, and right-of-way constraints.
  • Maintain documentation of stringing progress, quality checks, and safety audits.
• Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare daily progress reports, deviation logs, and material reconciliation.
  • Support in preparing stringing completion certificates and handover documentation.
