1. HSEQ Training Administration & Content Management ️
● Training Content Coordination: Co-ordinate remotely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external training providers for the generation, development, and delivery of HSEQ course content, ensuring it aligns with company standards and regulatory mandates (e.g., SafeWork requirements).
● Compliance Scheduling & Tracking:
○ Proactively schedule and track all mandatory recurrent HSEQ training (e.g., refreshes, renewals) well in advance of expiration dates to
guarantee ongoing compliance.
○ Manage and maintain detailed training records, ensuring all required certifications and general HSEQ training are up-to-date and valid. ● Induction & Site Access: Coordinate the scheduling and record-keeping of all necessary company and site-specific inductions for employees and contractors. ● Audit Readiness: Assist the HSEQ Manager in preparing comprehensive training records and documentation for internal, client, and external regulatory audits.
2. Air Operations Training Administration ✈️
● Operational Liaison: Work directly alongside Air Operations, Construction, and Project Managers to understand and manage mandatory training and competency requirements for all flight crew, sensor operators, and associated ground staff.
● Specialized Training Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of specialized recurrent training such as flight proficiency checks, UAV operator licenses, and aerial platform certifications to ensure operational staff maintain continuous compliance with aviation regulations.
● Competency Records: Oversee the administration and record-keeping of all Air Operations-specific qualifications, licenses, and certifications (e.g., CASA approvals).
● Regulatory Support: Maintain organized training records to support internal and external audits, demonstrating compliance with aviation and construction-specific WHS legislation.
3. General Program Coordination & Logistics ️
● Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and schedule all required HSEQ training (e.g., emergency drills) and non-HSEQ professional development programs, utilizing virtual platforms as appropriate for a remote environment.
● Administration: Handle all logistical tasks remotely: managing resources, processing invoices, and coordinating materials for both virtual and occasional in-person training sessions.
● Communication: Distribute clear, timely communications regarding all training requirements and schedules to employees and management
