Design & Technical Leadership

• Spearhead the processing of survey data and define criteria for tower spotting in domestic tenders and projects
• Prepare and submit EPC-submitted detail and check surveys; finalize tower locations and types—including extensions—using PLS-CADD
• Conduct tower integrity checks including wind span, weight span, phase sequence, and transposition; utilize Optimum for domestic spotting
• Generate tower schedules and route alignments using Google Earth and PLS-CADD to support accurate BOQ generation
• Create and review design packages including route alignment, LiDAR and drone data classification, vegetation reports, and structure usage profiles
• Prepare Crossings Proposals of Powerline, Railways, Highways, River and Forest for submission to the clients.

Project Optimization & Profitability

• Lead post-bid design optimization by recalibrating tower quantities and alignments to improve project margins before EPC partner finalization
• Develop transmission line profiles and technical specifications using AutoCAD, Global Mapper, Toposheets, and relevant design tools
• Manage crossing proposals, liaising with stakeholders and clients for validation and approval of power line intersections

Operational Oversight & Documentation

• Oversee O&M workstreams and generate “As-Built” documentation to support long-term infrastructure reliability
• Validate technical design packages for ongoing transmission line maintenance and upgrades
