Description

ION Solar is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence. Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop SOPs tailored to the needs of the organization.
  • Manage and maintain the Operations Training Google Site & ensure the site's content is up-to-date and relevant
  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and employees.
  • Assess the effectiveness of SOPs and training materials through evaluations, tests, and feedback.
  • Work closely with Department managers, and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to create effective training SOPs and materials.
  • Experience with the Google Site platform for managing and maintaining training content.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and track training initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to clearly convey information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to develop creative solutions to training challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt training methods to different learning styles and environments.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and evolving training methodologies.

Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Solar experience preferred

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
