At Ion Solar, we are in search of a visionary Salesforce Lead Architect/Developer to spearhead our Salesforce initiatives. We envision this role as pivotal in driving our Salesforce platform to new heights of efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will not only be a master of Salesforce architecture and development but also a strategic leader capable of orchestrating the entire Salesforce ecosystem within our organization.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be entrusted with the full spectrum of responsibilities pertaining to our Salesforce environment. You will be the linchpin between our business objectives and technological advancements, ensuring seamless alignment between the two. Your duties will include:

• Strategic Ownership: Take complete ownership of our Salesforce platform, from inception to execution, ensuring that it aligns with our business goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments to understand their unique requirements, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to address their needs.
• Solution Architecting: Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce architecture to design scalable, robust, and future-proof solutions that drive operational excellence and foster business growth.
• Project Prioritization: Work closely with project stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Field Service Lightning Expertise: Utilize your strong expertise in Field Service Lightning to optimize our field service operations, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• 5-6 years of Salesforce Experience: Demonstrate a solid track record of at least 5-6 years in Salesforce architecture, development, and customization, with a proven ability to deliver successful Salesforce implementations.
• Field Service Lightning Mastery: Possess a strong expertise in Field Service Lightning, with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing field service solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Leadership Acumen: Showcase exceptional leadership abilities, with prior experience in managing and mentoring a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Strategic Thinking: Exhibit a strategic mindset, capable of translating business requirements into innovative Salesforce solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
