Description

ION Solar is looking for an outstanding Survey Field Supervisor to join our expanding team. ION Solar is aimed to be the best operations in the industry with the fastest timelines, clear and concise communication, and a premium experience for the customer and the sales professional.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage site survey field employees to their fullest potential.
● Drive quality, efficiency, punctuality, professionalism, and health for our site survey field employees. Set a high-expectation work culture.
● Manage remotely via phone / video calls, and emails. Travel 6-10 times a year for in-person training and management.
● Coordinate weekly / bi-monthly check ins to measure employee success and happiness.
● Review Error disputes / feedback for each employee to make sure they are making the necessary changes in their process with their deliverable to succeed and support for items that are not attributable to them.
● Responsible for reducing and maintaining site survey attributable resurvey rate to be continuously below 4% error rate by achieving world-class quality standards and success rate for what engineering needs to evaluate the site.
● Responsible for improving the efficiency of surveyors so they can gather all the necessary site information in a scrappy amount of time, without missing anything necessary.
● Coordinate communication on announcements with process changes and feedback focus items as directed by the site survey manager.
● Work in conjunction with the site survey manager to fulfill accurate demand and stay within service level expectations for each market based on increased and decreased sales volume by dialing in accurate capacity/demand management.


Job Requirements:

● 2-3 years of operations leadership experience required in a related or relevant role. Strong leadership ability with a proven track record for success is a must.
● Ability to upskill individuals/teams with continuous coaching and feedback and high accountability in areas of needed improvement for following SOPs and meeting industry competitive performance expectations.
● Carry strong emotional/social intelligence to help solve issues for employees to boost employee morale, success, and tenure.
● Willing to travel for 2-3 day periods up to 2 times per month.
● Ability to collaborate and work well with other leaders for effective problem-solving and team building.
● Ability to manage time effectively and make quick accurate decisions.
● Self-driven to bring top performance to the team and bring strong work ethic and winning morale.
● Detail-oriented individuals who can deliver high-quality projects end-to-end.
● Ability to handle escalated customer issues.
