Compensation: $50,000 Base + Tiered Commission | OTE $130,000–$140,000 annually

Position Summary
We’re seeking a high-performing DTC Sales Representative to join our elite team. This
remote-based role is focused on closing inbound and qualified leads through consultative
Zoom presentations, follow-up communications, and a solution-driven sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual Zoom sales consultations with potential customers, providing expert
guidance on Irrigreen’s products and solutions
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through every touchpoint
• Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to close — across multiple lead sources
(inbound, follow-up, CTC, async)
• Proactively make outbound calls to re-engage previous interest and nurture leads
• Accurately manage your pipeline and follow-up strategy using HubSpot CRM
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of all activities, communications, and updates
• Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Provide feedback to marketing and leadership on trends, objections, and customer
feedback
• Stay current with product updates and industry trends to better serve customers
• Collaborate with team members to share strategies, successes, and support
• Represent the Irrigreen brand with integrity, professionalism, and energy
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in remote sales, preferably DTC or high-ticket consultative
selling
• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales quotas
• Experience conducting virtual sales presentations (Zoom or equivalent)
• Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot)
• Ability to manage time, leads, and pipeline efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making outbound calls and re-engaging cold or warm leads
• Coachable, accountable, and highly motivated by performance-driven compensation
• Exceptional verbal communication, emotional intelligence, and persuasion skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
