About Us

Isometric is a carbon removal registry. We issue the world’s most scientifically rigorous carbon credits to help Fortune 100 companies tackle climate change and prevent greenwashing.

We're growing quickly, but we’re intentional about hiring people who contribute to our unique culture. Our team is smart, meticulous and courageous—but warm, kind and supportive too.

We’re led by Eamon Jubbawy, an experienced CEO who previously co-founded Onfido, the world’s leading AI-powered identity verification platform. He scaled the company to $100m+ in revenue—verifying over half a billion identities and catching 23 million fraudsters—before selling the company for $650m. Eamon started Isometric in 2022 to bring the same level of rigorous fraud prevention, confidence and trust to the carbon removal industry.

The wider Isometric team includes scientists from Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, MIT, Yale and Stanford— and technologists from companies like Amazon, Shopify, Meta, Google, Wise and Palantir.

We’re backed by world-class investors with real-world experience in climate change and company building: Lowercarbon Capital and Plural.

Join us if you're ready to take on a career-defining role. Working here will be unlike any job you've had before!

About The Role

Join our team as Registry Operations Manager to facilitate and enable validation and verification project delivery. Lead the development of cutting-edge solutions and collaborate with world-class scientists to combat climate change head-on. Join us in paving the way for a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

Execution of validation & verification projects

  • Ensure all validation & verification projects meet Isometric’s SLAs and facilitate their successful delivery.

  • Help carbon removal suppliers navigate the verification process, by co-ordinating between suppliers and validation/verification bodies (VVBs), reviewing submitted information, and providing feedback.

Verification process management

  • Inform the requirements of Isometric’s MRV platform to improve the speed and accuracy of the verification process.

  • Support the onboarding of suppliers and VVBs on Isometric’s MRV platform.

Stakeholder management

  • Build and nurture relationships with suppliers and VVBs.

  • Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring timely responses and positive experience for all suppliers going through the validation & verification process.

  • Keep all stakeholders (external and internal) in the loop and up to date with the status of ongoing verifications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading B2B projects within the climate/ESG space, ideally related to carbon markets and/or carbon removal.

  • STEM background would be advantageous.

  • Outstanding ability to building and nurture relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritising according to value.

  • Approach tasks with a positive attitude and humility, acknowledging their difficulty while remaining steadfast in our resolve.

  • Eagerness to learn new things, ask questions and iterate on feedback at pace.

This role might not be for you if...

  • You’re looking for a fully remote role at the moment. In the early stages of building our product we’re optimising for being physically together 3 days a week.

  • You enjoy structure and only staying within your area of expertise. We’re a small team early on the journey and things change quickly as we learn more.

  • You prefer a slower pace. While the problem we’re facing has a long time horizon, it’s also critical that we make meaningful progress on it today, not next quarter or year.

Equal employment opportunity commitment

We’re growing quickly, but we’re intentional about hiring people who contribute to our unique culture. Our multidisciplinary team brings people together from diverse backgrounds, skills and experiences. Our team is full of high performing people who really care about what they do and each other. Join us if you're ready to take on a career-defining role. Working here will be unlike any job you've had before. We care about creating equal access to opportunities so please let us know if you have a disability or require adjustments at an interview.
