About Us Kaya AI is transforming the construction industry with AI-powered solutions designed to streamline procurement and supply chain management. We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Community Manager & Events Coordinator to lead our in-person engagement efforts, foster relationships with General Contractors GCs, and drive meaningful conversations about industry challenges.

Role Overview This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, organizing impactful events, and engaging industry professionals in discussions that drive real change. The Community Manager & Events Coordinator will spearhead Kayaʼs "Town Hall" initiative—bringing together GCs in select cities to discuss procurement challenges, exchange insights, and provide valuable feedback on Kaya AI.

Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution ● Organize and manage Town Hall-style industry events in targeted U.S. cities. ● Coordinate logistics, venues, and catering for each event. ● Secure attendance from key General Contractors and industry stakeholders. ● Work with internal teams to craft compelling discussion topics and presentations. ● Ensure a seamless experience for attendees, from invitations to post-event follow-ups.

Community Engagement & Networking ● Build and maintain relationships with GCs, industry leaders, and key decision-makers. ● Represent Kaya at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. ● Develop and maintain a database of engaged industry professionals.

Marketing & Communications ● Collaborate with marketing to promote events through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry forums. ● Generate post-event content, including summaries, key takeaways, and testimonials. ● Identify and leverage opportunities to position Kaya AI as a leader in procurement technology.

What Weʼre Looking For ● Outgoing personality with excellent networking and relationship-building skills. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in event planning. ● Self-starter mentality—ability to take initiative and drive projects forward. ● Experience in event coordination, community building, or business development. ● Knowledge of or experience in the construction industry is a plus. ● Willingness to travel regularly for in-person events across the U.S.
