Role Summary

The Sales Development Specialist at Kinetic will play a vital role in expanding client relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities. The focus of this position will be to enhance brand awareness and promote service and product offerings to customers within the automotive industry. Ideal candidates will have a foundational knowledge of the automotive service sector, prior sales experience, and familiarity with ADAS technology.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients or leads within the target market.
  • Direct on site visits within assigned territory
  • Qualify leads to determine their potential fit for the company's products or services.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Educate prospects about Kinetic’s products or services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Customize sales presentations or demonstrations to address the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure account success.
  • Translate account feedback into actionable insights to drive technology and service improvements.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and track progress against targets.
  • Provide daily updates through CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Support event planning for new customer acquisition and location openings.

Qualifications

  • Experience within the automotive industry and/or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and instill trust with clients across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot or prior CRM experience
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and participate in industry events.
