As the leading provider of renewable transaction infrastructure, we deliver the cloud-based software, centralized supply, automated analytics, and transaction expertise required to power the renewable energy economy. The LevelTen Platform is the world’s largest online hub for renewable energy buyers, sellers, advisors, asset owners and financiers, and delivers the online tools and expertise they need to buy, sell and finance assets quickly.

Join us on a mission that matters.

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the definition, validation, and scaling of LevelTen’s transactable products. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience—especially candidates coming from data analyst or analytics-adjacent backgrounds—who wants to grow into product management by working deeply on data, requirements, and buyer-facing insights.

You’ll partner closely with our Commercial and Analytics teams to define product and data requirements, ensure high-quality inputs, and support the analytics and visualizations that enable buyers to confidently transact on our platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and evolution of LevelTen’s transactable products (e.g., Power Purchase Agreements, capacity contracts, and related offerings)
  • Partner with Commercial and Analytics teams to understand buyer and seller decision-making and translate those needs into clear product and data requirements
  • Define, document, and validate the data required to support analytics, pricing insights, and buyer decision-making
  • Work closely with Analytics to ensure models, pipelines, and analytical outputs can run effectively on defined data inputs
  • Help define and iterate on buyer-facing and internal data visualizations, dashboards, and summary views
  • Write clear product requirements, data definitions, and documentation that support downstream analytics and engineering work
  • Assist with testing, validation, and iteration of product features before and after release, with a strong focus on data correctness
  • Communicate product updates and progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in product management, data analysis, analytics, consulting, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with structured datasets, with keen attention to detail
  • Experience as a data analyst or in a data-heavy role is a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages, with experience using queries to explore, validate, and troubleshoot structured dataset
  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product and data documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Commercial, and Analytics partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus
  • Interest in renewable energy, energy markets, or sustainability (prior experience is a plus but not required)

Benefits / Perks

  • Full Medical, Vision and Dental coverage
  • Wellness Credit
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • 11 paid company holidays
  • 401k
