Our Murrin Murrin site in WA’s northern Goldfields is an integrated nickel and cobalt mining and processing operation employing over 1,000 people. The Role

The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team who are responsible for timely and accurate mobilisation and demobilisation of contractors at Murrin Murrin and the Perth Office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding contractors (reviewing site entry documents, booking flights and accommodation)
  • Flight and Gatehouse travel reconciliations
  • Training bookings
  • Managing Apex (Contractor Request onboarding system)
  • Managing Contractor records in Oracle and SAM
  • System improvement and efficiencies

About You

This role would suit an administrator, with at least 3 years' experience in a contractor administration role within the resources industry.

You will also have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, Oracle CMMS, and INX products SAM and Workflow
  • Solid administration skills in personnel logistics
  • Ability to work under pressure and priorities work whilst ensuring attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and foster team building.
  • Ability to work as part of team providing coverage hours to support the mine site
  • Ability to train and pass on knowledge.
