Reporting to the Town Services Superintendent, an opportunity exists for a proactive and organised Town Maintenance Coordinator to join the Oaky Creek Coal team before April 2026.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

End-to-end project management and maintenance activities across the company’s assets within the townships of Tieri and Middlemount.
Safely delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Managing change to improve cost effectiveness and quality.
Effective management of stakeholders including tenants, suppliers and Local Government.
Regular reporting on progress vs plan.
Leading a team of tradespersons and other contractors to complete a wide range of construction projects and asset maintenance.

About you:

A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role in residential and commercial building and construction.
A trade qualification (mandatory) and a QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (desirable).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
A strong focus on details and a results-oriented approach.
Experience in using SAP and the MS Office suite.
