About the Role

As a Graduate Mining Engineer, you will be developed through multiple rotations, including but not limited to, Mine Planning, Drill and Blast, Backfill, Operational Engineering. With access to some of the best technical services professionals in Australia, you will be developed through an underground or surface rotation programme that sets you up for success on your path to a statutory Managers ticket. All of our programs provide access to technical and operational leaders in the industry, who will want to assist in your development as a well-rounded Engineer and future resources sector leader. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders in your field in the following locations:

• Mount Isa, QLD (Residential)
• McArthur River Mine, NT (FIFO)
• Murrin Murrin Operations, WA (FIFO)

About You

• Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) or similar, Civil Engineering qualifications also considered (prior to commencement)
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
• Exhibit an openness and willingness to learn
