Clermont Open Cut is recruiting for a Warehouse Officer to join and support our Supply Team on site. Located on the western edge of the Bowen Basin, Clermont Open Cut is a high performing truck & shovel operation that produces 11 million tonnes of coal per annum. Clermont Open Cut Operation is a safe, dynamic, and inclusive workplace focused on delivering high performance outcomes. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor this role will offer variety and opportunity to the right individual.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day warehouse tasks such as receipting of freight, stock management, site deliveries
• Conducting stock takes as per supply management framework
• Data entry
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities through value adding innovation and collaboration.
• Supporting visible leadership that contributes to a safe workplace

Requirements of the role include:

• Certificate II or above in Supply Chain Operations would be highly regarded
• RII competency for Forklift operations
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of supply including procurement and warehousing
• High level of computer skills including experience using Warehouse function in SAP
• QLD Drivers Licence (minimum P2)
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)

This role requires a safety conscious candidate prepared to challenge the norm, drive continuous improvement and who can demonstrate experience in implementing best practise using a hands-on approach.
