A new opportunity exists for an Electrical Maintenance Trade Supervisor to join the Production team.

The role covers all aspects of the mine. This includes both technical operational and maintenance support to the mining departments, as well as electrical engineering project support for the ever-expanding site electrical infrastructure.

As the Electrical Maintenance Trade Supervisor, you be responsible for:

• Liaising with shift supervisors, tradespersons and operators regarding the condition and performance of equipment;

• Ensuring the creation of work orders and monitoring plan completion;

• Determining and organising parts, labour and equipment to undertake maintenance plans and major breakdowns;

• Providing technical advice, assistance and development of tradespeople;

• Providing input into the daily and weekly plans.

What could job satisfaction look like for me?

• Hold an Electrical Trade or Diploma Qualification;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Have strong technical understanding of maintenance practices on site and within the coal industry;

• Ideally have experience in supervising a mining or maintenance crew.
