HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the production chefs and working in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. You will be responsible for executing cafeteria meals according to pre-established menus. Your main duties will be:

  • Prepare and/or cook vegetables, salads, and cold buffets.
  • Perform breakfast food preparation.
  • Perform daily meal set-ups.
  • Provide salad bar supplies and service.
  • Offer a quality service in compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Manage food storage and preservation.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Vocational diploma in professional cooking.
  • Relevant experience in institutional cooking.
  • Completed food hygiene and safety training (MAPAQ).
