In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and efficient verification, preparation and submission of all payroll documentation.
- Conduct effective recruitment and selection.
- Good knowledge on time and attendance
- Handle death claims, disability claims, injury on duty claims, retirements, funeral claims and withdrawals and process the relevant documents accordingly.
- Ensure sufficient employee relations with own team members, line managers and employees.
- Supervise team and manage their performance.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with the relevant legislation.
- Ensure sound labor relations throughout the unit through proactive engagement with the workforce.
