In this role you will be responsible for:

• Data capturing for the HSECQ systems department
• Ensure the accurate and timeous completion of all administration functions required from the role
• Support the maintenance and management of quality management systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 and integrated HSECQ systems requirements
• Management of the document control systems
• Assist with audit programme (internal and external) and related Assurance activities
• Maintain HSECQ systems ISOMetrix.Net, Sharepoint, Portal and SAP DMS
• Support the maintenance and Management of the HSECQ framework, Standards, Legal and other requirements.
• ISO 9001 Auditing management systems
• ISO 9001 Understanding and implementation of quality management systems

About you:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
• Experience in Quality Management Systems
• Good knowledge of HSECQ systems
• Computer literate including SAP knowledge
• Attention to detail and good administration skills
