Lime is hiring a Global Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our Supply Chain team! As a Global Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end order fulfillment process across multiple regions, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of products. You will work closely with the Order Fulfillment Manager, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure market satisfaction, optimize inventory allocation, and support the fulfillment needs of global markets.
What you will do:
Order Processing & Coordination: Oversee and manage the end-to-end order fulfillment pipeline, ensuring orders are processed and tracked accurately from creation to delivery. Align order fulfillment with business priorities and operational goals, ensuring market demands are met on time while addressing potential disruptions or delays.
Stock Allocation & Risk Mitigation: Manage stock allocations to avoid order shortages, ensuring high service levels for strategic customers. Execute weekly mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Operations Team to prevent stockouts, using data analysis to determine the most effective methods (allocation, reservation, prioritization).
Market-Focused Fulfillment: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving market-specific service challenges, ensuring fulfillment runs smoothly.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between Lime internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Centers) and Market Operations Warehouses to ensure effective communication regarding order status. Maintain consistent and proactive communication throughout the fulfillment process to minimize disruptions, delays, and ensure market satisfaction.
About you:
2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain management, or logistics.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and supply chain management tools (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
Excellent oral and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
Fluent verbal and written English language skills
