Join our Operations & Business Development Team in Paris as we continue to revolutionize the micro-mobility space. As an Intern at Lime you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, business development, and strategic partnerships. This internship is ideal for a highly motivated, analytical, proactive, data-savvy and entrepreneurial-minded individual.

As we grow our category leadership, we are transitioning to a more structured, high-performing organization and need someone who thrives in this evolution. What you’ll do:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and onboard new business partners for swap stations.

    • Develop and implement strategies to increase user adoption and engagement with the Swap Stations.

    • Support the program’s performance optimization by helping improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the overall user experience.

    • Drive B2B outreach and partnerships for private parking and Lime for Business initiatives.

    • Manage the allocation of bikes to private partners, ensuring seamless integration.

  • Operational Support & Process Optimization:

    • Track and analyze performance metrics when making data-driven recommendations.

    • Support external meetings and attend local events to strengthen partnerships and visibility.

  • Strategy & Reporting:

    • Support in identifying market trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights.

    • Adapt to strategy changes, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

    • Prepare high-quality deliverables and present findings to the management team.

About you:

  • With a degree in engineering, operations management, economics, marketing, or a related field or currently enrolled in a degree.

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills (experience with Excel formulas, pivot tables, or basic SQL is a strong plus).

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for business development and innovation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (French & English).

  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
