Lime is the largest global shared micromobility business, operating in close to 30 countries across five continents. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered more than one billion rides in cities around the world. Named a 2025 Time 100 Most Influential Company, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership.
Lime is seeking a Sr. Knowledge Sharing Associate to join the Global Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Training & Quality. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global knowledge-sharing programs that enable Lime Operators to efficiently access, contribute to, and apply operational best practices.
You will work cross-functionally with in-warehouse and field teams, as well as central functions, to ensure operational knowledge is accurately captured, structured, and maintained across 200+ markets. This role is highly execution-focused, with ownership over content quality, organization, and system usability, and a strong emphasis on driving adoption and continuous improvement.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building order from complexity through structured systems, clear documentation, and scalable processes. This role will be required to work onsite one day per week and be located within one hour of a Lime warehouse
This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in London, Paris, Berlin, or Rome to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You’ll Do:
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Lime’s global Knowledge Sharing strategy, processes, and tools
Collect, organize, and maintain operational knowledge (e.g., SOPs, workflows, templates, best practices) in centralized repositories, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Own content lifecycle management, including reviewing, updating, and archiving materials to maintain high-quality, up-to-date resources
Maintain and apply taxonomies, categorization standards, and content structures to improve discoverability and usability
Partner with warehouse and field teams to capture operational insights and translate them into clear, scalable documentation
Contribute to the improvement of knowledge management systems and tools, including identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation
Monitor usage data, search trends, and user feedback to identify gaps and drive improvements to content and systems
Support the rollout and adoption of knowledge-sharing tools and best practices through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Operations, Product, IT) to resolve issues and support knowledge-sharing initiatives and enhancements
About You:
3–5 years of experience in knowledge management, operations, communications, or a related field
Experience implementing, maintaining, or optimizing knowledge management systems (e.g., Elium, Confluence, Zendesk) in a global or multi-region environment
Experience supporting change management efforts and driving adoption of tools, processes, or ways of working across teams or regions
Hands-on experience supporting or scaling knowledge-sharing programs, with a focus on execution, content quality, and adoption
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational processes into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on content accuracy, consistency, and usability
Proven ability to work independently within a defined scope in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
Data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics, user behavior, and feedback to identify gaps and improve content or processes
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and gathering input from diverse stakeholders
Experience in micromobility, logistics, manufacturing, or other operations-heavy environments is a plus
