About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to drive Lithos's commercial growth and shape the future of the carbon removal industry. This leader will build and scale our commercial organization, develop deep strategic partnerships with industry leaders, and create enduring relationships with the world's most innovative companies. Reporting to the Head of Carbon Strategy, you will be instrumental in accelerating the adoption of enhanced rock weathering and establishing Lithos as the premier provider of high-quality carbon removal. This is a hybrid full-time role based in Bellevue, WA. Relocation assistance is negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a world-class commercial team across sales, partnerships, and customer success
- Develop and execute strategies to secure major carbon removal commitments
- Create and nurture long-term partnerships that drive both immediate revenue and long-term market development
- Design and implement innovative commercial structures that align incentives across stakeholders
- Lead customer portfolio strategy, ensuring our partners achieve their climate goals while maximizing impact
