The Role
We're seeking a technically fluent Web Designer & Developer with strong Webflow skills to support our marketing and product teams. In this part-time contract role, you'll lead updates and improvements to our marketing website, ensuring high performance, strong UX, and alignment with our brand. You’ll also support visual asset design for key collateral like case studies, sales decks, and one-pagers.
While your primary focus will be Webflow development, you’ll also contribute to content marketing and social graphics as needed.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute updates to our Webflow website, including layout changes, CMS updates, performance enhancements, and responsive design fixes
Build and maintain custom Webflow components aligned with our design system
Ensure technical SEO, site speed, and accessibility best practices

Create supporting assets for sales enablement, such as:
Case studies
One-pagers (e.g., financing solar, Lumen process)
Customer journey decks
Occasional social media and email graphics
Collaborate with marketing and product teams on quick-turn creative requests
Work in US Pacific/Eastern time zones
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in web design or marketing design
Advanced Webflow skills, including CMS and site structure best practices
Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX, and web accessibility
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio with marketing websites or product marketing landing pages
Detail-oriented with a clear eye for layout, typography, and UI consistency
Nice to Have
Experience integrating Webflow with tools like HubSpot, analytics, or custom code snippets
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript
Experience in climate tech, real estate, or B2B SaaS
